If available, you can unassign a voucher from your candidate and reassign it to another candidate.
Instructions
There are different ways to unassign a voucher depending on your role in the Xvoucher platform.
Standard Customers
- Go to Manage > Manage Xvouchers
- Search by Candidate Email
- Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
- To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.
Enterprise Customers
- Go to Track > Inventory > Detail
- Search by Candidate Email
- Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
- To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.
Branch Administrators
- Go to Track > Inventory
- Search by Candidate Email
- Under the Action column, click the Unassign button
- To give the voucher to a different user Click the Assign button in the Action column and enter the new user information.
If the Action no longer says Unassign it means the candidate has received the exam voucher code (consumed) and you are unable to unassign it.
