When Xvoucher receives your funds, the vouchers will be released to your account.
- If you're paying via Credit Card, vouchers are typically deposited immediately after the transaction.
- If you're paying via ACH/Wire/Check, please provide remittance advice to help us track down your payment and apply it to your order. Please also ensure an order number is referenced on your payment for the fastest turnaround.
Once the payment has arrived in Xvoucher's bank account, our finance team will apply the payment and approve the order. You'll then receive a confirmation email advising your order was successful and the vouchers are available in your account.
