How can I help them troubleshoot?
First, log into your Xvoucher administrator account.
- From the menu bar, go to Track → Candidate → Exam voucher.
- Search for the candidate using their email or voucher number.
- Check the state of the voucher.
- If it has already been redeemed you will be able to see the name of the candidate who redeemed the voucher.
- If it has expired you will be able to see the date it expired. Once an HPE voucher has expired candidates will no longer be able to use the voucher.
