One of my candidates received an error code while attempting to redeem an HPE voucher. What should I do?

How can I help them troubleshoot?

First, log into your Xvoucher administrator account. 

  1. From the menu bar, go to Track → Candidate → Exam voucher.
  2. Search for the candidate using their email or voucher number.
  3. Check the state of the voucher.
    1. If it has already been redeemed you will be able to see the name of the candidate who redeemed the voucher. 
    2. If it has expired you will be able to see the date it expired. Once an HPE voucher has expired candidates will no longer be able to use the voucher.
