Exam voucher codes are not the same as an Xvoucher number. The code can be found in the Voucher Code column on your Candidate Exam Voucher Report.
In order to get the voucher code, you will first need to assign the vouchers to your candidates. You can do this in the Distribute → Product tab.
Once the vouchers have been assigned:
- Navigate to Track → Candidates → Exam Voucher
- Select a filter to use or click 'Get Report' to view vouchers that have been assigned.
- The code the candidate will use to schedule their exam or event will be found in the Voucher Code column.
