How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Review Your Options: Explore the different tiers here to find the one that best suits your business needs
  2. Log In: Access your Xvoucher account and navigate to the My Subscription page
  3. Select a Tier: Choose the Service tier you'd like to subscribe to. You can choose between Monthly billing or Annual billing, which includes an 8% discount
  4. Complete Payment: You’ll be securely redirected to Stripe, our payment processor, to enter your payment details.
  5. Confirm Changes: Once the payment is complete, your account will be updated
    • If you do not see the updates please log out and log back in

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • You can cancel at any time and your subscription will end at the end of your billing cycle. 
  • Reach out to our Support team and let them know you would like to cancel your subscription

How do I downgrade my subscription?

You can downgrade at any time and your current subscription will end on the last day of your billing cycle. Your account will then be moved to your newly selected subscription tier. 

  • If you are currently subscribed to the Professional tier and choose to downgrade to our Standard tier you and all other admins on your account will lose access to our Branch, Promotions and other tools.
  • If you are currently subscribed to the Standard tier and choose to downgrade to our Basic tier you will lose access to our Mass Assignment tool, Voucher Usage Report and unlimited admins. Your account will be limited to one admin.

Can I get a refund? 

  • Monthly: We do not offer refunds at this time 
  • Annual: We will refund the remaining balance at the end of the next billing cycle, minus an 8% fee to account for the discount applied at the start of your subscription.
