If your end-user has checked their spam folder and still isn't able to find their voucher code you are able to resend the email from your dashboard.
Here is how to resend the voucher email to your candidate:
- First, have your candidate check their spam folder.
- Log into your Xvoucher Customer account and use the resend functionality to resend the email.
- Click on the Track tab in your customer portal.
- Select Inventory > Detail
- If you are utilizing the Standard Customer portal navigate to Manage > Inventory
- Click the box to select Show More Details
- Use the filters to filter by candidate email or scroll down until you find the candidate you would like to resend the email to.
- Scroll to the right and click the RESEND button.
