Important Notice for Existing Users: One-Time Setup Required

When you first arrive at Xvoucher after May 30th, follow these steps to complete a one-time setup:

  1. Enter the email associated with your Xvoucher account.
    • You will see  a message confirming that your account has been found and that you need to reset your password.
  2. Reset Your Password
  3. Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    • For enhanced security, you will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication.
    • Xvoucher recommends using an authenticator app for this purpose.
    • Follow the instructions to complete the MFA setup. Click here for more information on MFA.

Once these steps are completed, you can continue using Xvoucher as usual.

 

You can also sign in with Google

  1. Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • If your existing Xvoucher account is associated with a Google account, you can now use Google SSO to sign in.
    • Click the Google icon on the login page and follow the prompts.
    • If you have an Xvoucher account linked to your Google account, you will be logged in automatically.

Xvoucher will be increasing security for all user accounts.

Here is what to expect beginning May 30th:

  • Email Validation: When you log in for the first time, we'll need to verify your email. We'll send a code to the email you provided, and you'll have to enter that code to access your Xvoucher account. *Make sure your email is valid and accessible.
  • Password Reset: To enhance account security, we're strengthening our password requirements. On first login you'll be prompted to create a new password.
  • Multi-factor Authentication (MFA): We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for added security.

* You will need a valid email address and access to that inbox in order to access your Xvoucher account. Contact our support team promptly with any questions to avoid disruptions in your Xvoucher activities.
