Account Creation & Validation

When you create an account or log in for the first time, we'll need to verify your email address. Make sure your email is valid and accessible. Below are a few scenarios for users logging into the Xvoucher Platform. 

Assigned a Voucher – Automatic Account Creation

If you have been assigned a voucher, an account has been created automatically. Your email will need to be verified before you can log in. Follow the Account Validation instructions below.

Existing Accounts – Need Validation

If you already had an Xvoucher account but haven't logged in since May 2024, you will need to verify your email address. Follow the Account Validation instructions below. 

New to Xvoucher?

If you haven't created an Xvoucher account before, follow the instructions in the Creating a New Account section below. 

 

Account Validation

  1. Go to the Xvoucher Login Page
  2. Enter your email and click continue – your email must match if you were assigned a voucher
  3. A temporary password will be sent to your email from noreply@xvoucher.com
    do not close the Xvoucher window
     
  4. Enter the temporary password, and create your new password
  5. You will then be prompted to select a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option and accept Xvoucher's terms and conditions

Creating A New Account

  1. Go to the Xvoucher Sign-up Page 
  2. Enter your email address and a password
  3. Enter your name, select your geography and language preferences, then click Create Account
  4. You will receive an email with a 6-digit verification code sent from noreply@xvoucher.com
    do not close the Xvoucher window
  5. You will then be prompted to select a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option and accept Xvoucher's terms and conditions 

 

Troubleshooting

If you've requested an email verification code but are not receiving the email, please clear your browser cache and start the process again.

If you still do not receive an email containing the code, contact Xvoucher Support for assistance. In order to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include a screenshot of the entire page where you encountering an error, including the URL bar.
