Upcoming Changes
The Xvoucher platform is moving to a Subscription based pricing model. With these changes, we want to provide you clear information about how this will impact the features available to you.
The Xvoucher Subscription plan is simple, and will consist of three tiers, Basic, Standard, and Professional. Each tier includes features to help you manage your purchases and budget. More information about what is included in each tier can be found here.
These changes will take effect for new accounts on October 14th, 2024. At that time, you will be able to select the service tier that works best for your business.
Mass Assignment Tool
Our Bulk Voucher Distribution is highly valued for simplifying voucher assignments and managing large voucher purchases. This feature will be available in our Standard and Professional tiers. Upgrading to one of these tiers will allow you to continue using this powerful tool to streamline your operations.
If you are on the Basic (free) tier, don’t worry—you can still assign vouchers individually through the Inventory Detail Report. This ensures you maintain control over your voucher distribution, even without the mass assignment tool.
Advanced Reporting on Voucher Usage
Our Advanced Reporting feature, available in the Standard and Professional tiers, provides deeper insights into your voucher history and usage for the majority of vouchers we sell. This feature allows you to track and manage your voucher usage more effectively.
Note that while most vouchers will include this detailed reporting, not all voucher types are supported. Upgrading ensures valuable insights for the majority of your transactions.
Branch and Promotions Tool
Available in the Professional tier, the Branch and Promotions tools are designed to enhance voucher management and give you more control. Branches allow for delegation of voucher management to other parts of your organization. The Promotions feature enables you to create custom pages for learners to request vouchers. Upgrade to the Professional tier to unlock these valuable tools or maintain access.

The Professional tier also includes SSO (Single Sign-On) for secure access and our Bring Your Vouchers service.
Account Administrators
The Basic tier allows for one admin user on your account. If you need multiple administrators, consider upgrading to the Standard tier, which offers unlimited admin access.
If you currently have more than one administrator on your account, you will have a 30-day grace period to either upgrade your subscription or select one person to serve as your Xvoucher account administrator. After this period, accounts with multiple administrators in the Basic tier will be removed.
What Happens if You Choose Not to Upgrade?
If you choose not to upgrade, you’ll remain on our Basic tier at no cost. However, access to the features listed above will change starting October 31st, 2024. But don’t worry—we’ll help you find the best plan to meet your needs!
What Should You Do Next?
If you're currently using any of the features mentioned above—such as bulk voucher distribution, advanced reporting, or managing multiple administrators—we recommend upgrading your subscription before October 31st, 2024. This will ensure uninterrupted access to the tools you rely on to run your training and certification programs smoothly.
