* Resetting your password can only be done if you have already validated your email address during account creation.
If you have forgotten or need to reset your password, follow these instructions:
- Go to: https://www.xvoucher.com/login.aspx
- Enter your email address, click continue
- Click "Forgot password?" – Do not close the Xvoucher page
- If you are a validated user, a code will be sent to your email from noreply@xvoucher.com
- Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email address
- Enter your new password (see password requirements below)
Password Requirements:
- Contains at least 10 characters
- Contains both lower (a-z) and upper case letters (A-Z)
- Contains at least one number (0-9)
- Contains at least one special character ! @ # $ ^ & * [ } .
If you've requested a Password Reset and are not receiving an email:
- Confirm that you have gone through the account creation and validation process as detailed in this article. A password cannot be reset if your account is not validated.
- Check your spam folder
- Add noreply@xvoucher.com to your email's allow list
