How do I erase my data from the Xvoucher Platform?

If you no longer need access to your Xvoucher account and the products you have been assigned, the Xvoucher team would be happy to assist you in the removal of your personal data.

You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within 30 days of the receipt of your written request. 

To request your data be erased send an email to support@xvoucher.com and include the following:

  • Subject line: Data Erasure
  • Full name:
  • Email address used for your Xvoucher Account:

Once your data has been erased from the Xvoucher system our support team will no longer be able to retrieve any voucher codes, expiration dates, or any information pertaining to your learning products.
